Your privacy is important to us. Because we may gather certain types of personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, name, contact information, date of birth, and gender (“Personal Information”), from users of the Website and services offered by this Website (individually each a “ Twin Valley Talk Network  Internet Service” and collectively “ Twin Valley Talk Network  Internet Services”), we feel you should know how we may collect, use, disclose, manage, and store the Personal Information that you provide us. Accordingly, this policy (the “Privacy Policy”) covers how  Twin Valley Talk Network  treats Personal Information that we collect via this Website or  Twin Valley Talk Network  Internet Services.

This Privacy Policy applies only to  Twin Valley Talk Network’s online collection of Personal Information via this Website and WWPA Internet Services. This Policy does not govern  Twin Valley Talk Network’s offline collection of Personal Information (including in connection with the over-the-air broadcast operations of  Twin Valley Talk Network ) or any collection of personal information, online or offline, by  Twin Valley Talk Network’s corporate parent(s), affiliates, or any other company, unless specifically stated.  Likewise, this policy does not govern  Twin Valley Talk Network’s presence on third-party social networking sites or any mobile applications not offered for download on this Website.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that are not owned or controlled by  Twin Valley Talk Network.

Additionally, certain areas of the Website and  Twin Valley Talk Network  Internet Services, including, without limitation, certain contests, may be governed by additional terms (“Additional Terms”) presented in conjunction with those areas and services.  Additional Terms and the Privacy Policy apply equally, except that, in the event of an irreconcilable inconsistency, Additional Terms will control.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Website’s Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”).

Protection and Privacy of Children

Neither this Website nor any  Twin Valley Talk Network Internet Service is directed to children younger than 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect, use, store, or disclose the Personal Information of any person under the age of 13. When a user discloses Personal Information on the Website or with respect to any  Twin Valley Talk Network  Internet Service, he or she is representing his or her age as at least 13 years of age.  If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who may have registered in the  TVTN Club  (see below) or otherwise provided his or her Personal Information, please contact us as described below.

Frequent Rocke TVTN Club

You can register for the  TVTN Club  via the Website. To become a member of the TVTN Club, you may be required to provide certain Personal Information, including, but not limited to, first and last name, email address, age, gender, and zip code.  We may request additional information about you, your interests and opinions.

Twin Valley Talk Network  may retain whatever information you submit.  We may use your Personal Information for operational and business purposes, including, but not limited to, learning how we can improve our Station and Website, letting you know about offers from the Station and our partners that may be of interest to you, and developing new services and features. Additionally, we may share your Personal Information with our corporate parents and affiliates for business reasons.

Once you are registered in the  TVTN Club , you may receive emails or other communications from  Twin Valley Talk Network  concerning programming, upcoming events and contests, the Website,  Twin Valley Talk Network  Internet Services, offers from WZXR-FM or its partners,and similar Station- and Website-related information (“ TVTN Club  Emails”).  You may also receive SMS text messages on your mobile phone containing similar information (“ TVTN Club  Texts”).  WZXR-FM itself charges no fee in connection with the TVTN Club Emails or  TVTN Club  Texts.  Your use of these services could result, however, in charges from your service provider(s). You are responsible for all such charges, and you agree that  Twin Valley Talk Network  is not responsible for any such charges.  TVTN Club members are sometimes automatically registered for online contests as well.  We reserve the right to terminate membership in the  TVTN Club  at our sole discretion, with any reason or no reason, with or without notice to you.

Frequent Ro TVTN Club  Emails will contain a link that you can use to remove yourself from the  TVTN Club .  When you remove yourself from the  TVTN Clubwe will no longer send you  TVTN Club  Emails or  TVTN Club  Texts.  Please note, however, that removing yourself from the  TVTN Club  does not necessarily result in the deletion of all your Personal Information from our records.

As part of the  TVTN Club  registration process, you will obtain a username and password, which you can use to review and update some Personal Information you have provided us.  You will also be able to remove yourself from the  TVTN Club .   During the registration process, you may also be presented with an option to “opt in” to National and/or Regional content Emails based on your interests. These Emails originate from a third party partner and  Twin Valley Talk Network  is not responsible for the frequency or content of these Emails. All TVTN Club Emails also will contain links that you can use, along with your username and password, to review and update some Personal Information you have provided us or to remove yourself from the  TVTN Club .

Because your username and password provide access to your Personal Information, you should not share them with others.  If you have any questions about your Frequent Rockers Club membership, you may contact us using the information at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.

Online Contests

WZXR-FM may collect Personal Information from you in connection with various Twin Valley Talk Network  contests (“Contests”).

In some cases, you may be required to register for the Frequent Rockers Club in order to participate in the Contest.  Our treatment and use of Personal Information submitted in connection with Contests requiring registration in the Frequent Rockers Club will be governed by this Privacy Policy.

Some Contests do not require registration in the Frequent Rockers Club.  Our treatment and use of Personal Information submitted in connection with such Contests will be governed by our General Contest Rules, as modified by each contest’s specific rules (collectively, “Contest Rules”). Contest Rules will be clearly referenced in the portion of the Website used to collect Personal Information in connection with each Contest.  Contest Rules may contain Additional Terms which differ from the terms of this Privacy Policy.  Additional Terms and this Privacy Policy shall apply equally. In the event of an irreconcilable inconsistency between the Additional Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Additional Terms shall control.  Accordingly, you should review the Contest Rules and any Additional Terms before submitting your Personal Information to us in connection with a Contest.

Other Website and WZXR-FM Internet Service Features

Other features of the Website and Twin Valley Talk Network Internet Services may require you to submit Personal Information. Twin Valley Talk Network may use this information to provide service, communicate with you or improve our offerings.
